Cure patient zero during a plague outbreak. Wait for the matching random event to appear, then survive it (or tap it) when it strikes your kingdom.
Reward
Unlocking Case Zero Cured permanently boosts your economy by +3% loot per second. Achievement bonuses stack, so each one you earn multiplies your kingdom’s income for the rest of the run.
Why it’s useful
Surviving disasters keeps your peon population — and the loot it generates — intact, and this +3% rewards you for weathering the chaos instead of just enduring it.
